Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 24-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation. You will receive an additional notice when your package has been shipped.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Remuscles is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jonathan.enhult@remuscles.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in original condition, and we will refund you the full amount of the order.

We offer free returns and free exchanges. If you want to return or exchange a product, contact us via email to jonathan.enhult@remuscles.com and send your order number and reason for the return/exchange and we will help you from there.


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jonathan.enhult@remuscles.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.

As a ReMuscles customer, you always have a 1-year warranty on our products. We will repair and replace faults or damages caused by non-human factors free of charge within one year. If you have more questions or concerns about this, please send an email to jonathan.enhult@remuscles.com.
