Question: How is the quality of your products?
Answer:
- We are proud of the high quality we offer on all our products. We know how important physical therapy is and therefore want to offer the best on the market. We can therefore proudly offer both a guarantee, open purchase and free returns on our products. We choose quality over quantity, both from an environmental perspective and so that you as a customer get as much out of our products as possible.
Question: Do you have any guarantees?
Answer:
- Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on our products. We repair and replace faults or damages caused by non-human factors free of charge within one year. If you have more questions or concerns about this, please send an email to jonathan.enhult@remuscles.com.
Question: How long is the delivery time?
Answer:
- The processing time for us to send out orders is 24-48 hours. After that, the delivery time is 7-14 days if nothing else is stated in the speicifc product page. In special cases, exceptions may occur. We will notify you of this in that case.
